Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you would like to redirect e-mails from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
